Concrete Décor Show to Feature CSDA-ST-115 Certification
St. Petersburg, FL - CSDA is pleased to be partnering with Concrete Décor Show 2016, where attendees will once again have a chance to become certified on the use of CSDA Standard ST-115.
Scheduled for September 25-29 at the Town and Country Resort & Convention Center in San Diego, California, this will be the seventh Concrete Décor Show—an event focused exclusively on the fast-growing residential and commercial decorative concrete market.
CSDA and Concrete Décor Show share the common goal of educating and training concrete professionals to exemplify the industry’s best, so for the second year the association will hold a certification class centered on CSDA-ST-115 Measuring Concrete Micro Surface Texture at the show. The five-hour class is scheduled for an 8:00 AM start on Monday, September 26th and registration is open via the show’s official website.
The aim of CSDA-ST-115 is to provide a quantitative measure of concrete surface profile by contact instruments. The certification class gives instruction on how to correctly measure concrete micro surface texture, discusses the importance of surface preparation and talks about proper tool selection to mitigate damage. A certificate is issued upon completion.
Concrete Décor Show 2016 will feature decorative concrete workshops and seminars led by some of the most respected people in the concrete industry. In addition to the educational offerings, a trade show with displays and demonstrations will be held Sept. 27-29 inside and outside the convention center.
