International Grooving & Grinding Association The mission of the International Grooving and Grinding Association (IGGA) is to promote the increased and proper use of diamond grinding and grooving on all pavement surfaces as well as the preservation and restoration of PCC pavement. National Stone, Sand, and Gravel Association The association represents the crushed stone, sand and gravel—or aggregate—industries. Our members produce 90% of the crushed stone and 70% of the sand and gravel consumed annually in the United States. More than three billion tons of aggregate (or 2.72 billion metric tons) were estimated to have been produced in the U.S. in 2000 at a value of approximately $14.2 billion, according to the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS).
